Shipping Policy

At Elora, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at checkout. The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.

All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent by email so you can follow your delivery progress. If you purchase more than one product, items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking code.

In rare cases, customs authorities may apply additional taxes or duties; such costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please carefully review your information before completing your purchase. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, the package may be returned to the sender, and the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
