Refund Policy
At Elora, your satisfaction is our priority.
If upon receiving your product you find any manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions detailed below.
Timeframes:
- Product dissatisfaction: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.
- Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.
- Visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.): the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered the result of misuse.
Return Conditions:
The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (for example, removing links from a bracelet).
Once the product is received and passes the quality inspection, the customer may choose to exchange it for another product available in stock or receive a refund for the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty:
All products include a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video of up to 1 minute or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Important:
The warranty does not cover aesthetic damage after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, impacts), damage caused by liquids or moisture, unauthorized repair attempts or modifications, improper use of accessories, normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery degradation, etc.), or non-recommended resistance tests (impacts, water exposure, or excessive pressure).
